Queen Elizabeth Hospital can be seen from the window and is a 7 minutes drive away.

This is a corner property and there are a few parking spaces right to the side of the house.

There is a desk available if the lodger wants it. One room has optional AC available for hot summer weather only, subject to separate agreement.

The washing machine is almost new. Lodger will be given use of a new fridge/freezer and a small cupboard.

There is a full bathroom upstairs and a cloakroom downstairs.

Internet speed is 1,000 MB.

I manage the property on behalf of the owner.

The second double room (see last picture) is renting at £500/month and is available starting 1st August 2026.

Pepper is an outdoor cat who occasionally sleeps in my room, but prefers to be outside. Chances are a lodger will live here for weeks before seeing Pepper, and we prefer it this way.
