Queen Elizabeth Hospital can be seen from the window and is a 7 minutes drive away.

This is a corner property and there are a few parking spaces right to the side of the house.

There is a desk available if the lodger wants it. Optional AC available for hot summer weather, subject to separate agreement.

The washing machine is new. Lodger will be given use of a new fridge/freezer and a small cupboard.

There is a full bathroom upstairs and a cloakroom downstairs.

Internet speed is 1,000 MB.

I manage the property on behalf of the owner.

Pepper is an outdoor cat who occasionally sleeps in my room, but prefers to be outside. Chances are a lodger will live here for weeks before seeing Pepper, and we prefer it this way.
