Basic Info

• Rent: £135 per week, all utility bills fully included (gas, electricity, water, council tax)

• Tenancy term: Minimum stay until 31st August 2026; maximum stay available until 27th September 2026

• Payment rule: Full rent + deposit to be paid upfront together before move-in

House Layout & Facilities

This is a 4-bedroom shared house, split equally across ground floor & first floor (2 rooms each floor).
Only one male housemate currently lives on the ground floor.

1. Ground floor shared kitchen: Fully equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, full cooking appliances

2. Exterior: Private back garden + free on-street parking at front of the house

3. All 4 bedrooms are double rooms, fully furnished: double bed, wardrobe, desk, bedside table, radiator for heating.

Bathroom arrangements (great privacy perk!)

• Ground floor: 1 large full bathroom (shower + toilet)

• First floor (where your room is):
1 large main bathroom with shower & toilet, plus an extra separate small toilet room
Right now, no tenants occupy the other first-floor room, so you will have exclusive use of both upstairs bathrooms.
If another flatmate moves into the spare first-floor room during your tenancy, you will share the large shower bathroom with only 1 other person, while the small separate toilet remains fully private for you.
