I am looking for a quiet, considerate professional requiring accommodation during the working week, ideally Sunday evening to Friday morning. Sunday evening arrival is absolutely fine, including later arrivals for anyone travelling before work on Monday.

The property is conveniently located for QE Hospital and the University of Birmingham. There is generally good on-street parking, an Asda petrol station approximately three minutes away and a convenience shop around one minute from the house.

The kitchen, fridge and freezer are shared, and the lodger will have their own labelled kitchen cupboard.
