Hi! My flatmate is moving out after finishing her PhD, so I’m looking for someone to take her room in our lovely two-person flat from 1st September.
The rent is £620 per month, excluding bills. The flat is directly on Harborne High Street and the room comes with an unfurnished private bedroom, your own bathroom and secure underground parking.
You would be sharing with me, a 25-year-old male UoB PhD student. Ideally, I am looking for another funded PhD student or young professional, with no gender preference. Proof of income or stipend will be required by the letting agent.
