Double room in 4-bed Harborne house (near UoB/QE)

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a 4-bed house share in Harborne. I've effectively moved out already, so the room is available immediately and you can move in with week's notice.

The house is a good-sized terrace. We’ve got a separate living room and kitchen, one main bathroom, and an extra toilet downstairs. There’s also a garden out back, cellar storage, and a secure locking bike shed out front. There's free street parking right outside the door and we rarely have trouble getting a space.

Location-wise, it's about a 15-minute walk to UoB main campus, and even closer to the med school and QE hospital. It’s also just a 15 minute bus or cycle into the city centre.

You’d be sharing with three guys in their mid-20s (two Materials Engineering PhDs and one working professional). It’s a sociable house, we like going to the local pubs together, throwing the occasional party or bbq in the summer or just getting drunk and watching trash in the living room.

Rent is £457.50 a month, plus around £110 for bills (this will be slightly higher if you are not a student, due to council tax).
