The current housemates, one postgraduate and two working professionals are looking for one more friendly housemate to share with.

Due to its layout this room has a single bed but is a nice large and light room with a wardrobe, bookshelves, chest of drawers and desk and chair. (Photos to be added.)

All rooms are professionally cleaned, and a new mattress cover provided before someone new moves in.

A fifteen minute walk from Harborne High Street and on a direct bus route this house offers great access to the city by both bus and train.

It is ideally located for the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Medical School, as well as Birmingham University.

The house is neutrally decorated and carpeted, and is fully equipped and furnished. It has a small private courtyard garden, perfect for BBQ’s. The house has a combi boiler with constant hot water.

Facilities include Smart TV and Virgin WIFI broadband and all kitchen appliances including washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

The house also benefits from a cleaner who visits every two weeks to clean the communal areas.

Rent is inclusive of all bills including council tax and TV licence.

New to Harborne? Great for access to the city but lots going on in Harborne itself with some good independent pubs, shops and restaurants as well as Marks and Spencer, Waitrose and Sainsburys,

The room will suit non smoking young professionals or post grads. I don't rent to undergraduate students.
