It is ideally located for the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Medical School, as well as Birmingham University. You'll be sharing with only three others - the current housemates are two working professionals and one post-grad student, all, male and very clean and tidy.

The rooms are professionally cleaned before you move in, and a new mattress cover provided.

The house is neutrally decorated and carpeted, and is fully equipped and furnished. The house has a combi boiler with constant hot water.

Facilities include Smart TV and broadband and all kitchen appliances including washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

The house also benefits from a cleaner who visits every two weeks to clean the communal areas.

Rent is inclusive of all bills including council tax and TV licence.

New to Harborne? Great for access to the city but lots going on in Harborne itself with some good independent pubs, shops and restaurants as well as Marks and Spencer, Waitrose, Iceland and Sainsburys,

The room will suit non smoking young professionals or post grads. I don't rent to undergraduate students.
