I have a double rooms in a semi-detached house.
Single occupancy only! (No couples)
Rent includes all the bills and WiFi.
Rooms is £550 per month.
Deposit is 1 month rent.

Available 08/02/2026 but can possibly be available earlier.

Maximum number of occupants in the house is 4 including you.

Very clean and tidy house with weekly cleaner for communal spaces, however the cleaners will have up to 4 weeks off each year.

The property is in a great location,
New Cross Hospital is less than 10 min walk, Asda is less than 4 min walk, GP on the same road, Park is 2 min walk etc.
There is limited space on the driveway and there is off street.
The train station is also a short distance away with easy access to Birmingham New Street.

Sorry NO couples, no children, no Pets and no smoking allowed in the house.
