The house also has a shared kitchen, utility room and garden.

The location is ideal – just a 2-minute walk to Henley-in-Arden train station and only 1 minute from the High Street, where you'll find cafés, pubs, shops, supermarkets, regular bus routes and lovely countryside walks.

We are a friendly household consisting of a family with a teenager, two cats and a cockapoo,; so we're looking for someone who is comfortable living with animals.

Smokers will be considered, but smoking is strictly outside.

We are looking for a clean, tidy and respectful lodger who will enjoy living in a relaxed and welcoming home.
