I am looking to rent the downstairs of my flat. It is a large bedroom/living room area, small kitchenette and bathroom. The flat is a 10 minute walk from St Pauls Square and less than 15 minutes to New Street Station.
There is then 2 bedrooms upstairs, a kitchen and living room which is where I live. The spaces are relatively separate, so offers the company of a flat mate but also your own space.
I am looking for an easy going, fun lodger. I play most sports averagely. I am into cooking and enjoy going for a beer with mates. I am also a professional who works quite long hours.
There are technically two parking spaces but one space blocks in the other but can easily be managed. The car park is also very quiet anyway.
I have previously lived in spare room flats and made good friends from this.
