Apartment is top floor of an industrial block, very spacious with great natural light. Ideally located you'll be walking distance to the city centre/colmore row, train stations, supermarkets and tons of bars and restaurants.
The room is furnished has an en suite, double bed and built in wardrobe.
Apartment features modern kitchen, integrated appliances and dishwasher. The flat is slightly different now as we've added more furniture etc but still holds the loft spirit.
The rent per person is £727.50 and with the charges (council tax and electricity) we're looking at around £900 per month per person.
