En-suite room in JQ flat

Double en-suite room available in a 2 bed flat in the Jewellery Quarter. Within walking distance of New Street station and Birmingham City Centre.

Shared space includes a large living room and kitchen, with TV etc. Your room would have an en-suite bathroom, as seen in the pictures. Bills are approximately £200 a month inc. council tax.

The flat is unfurnished however, I currently own a lot of the furniture in the living area - you would need to purchase a bed for your own room.

You would be sharing the flat with me. Im a lawyer working in the city centre. I’m sociable, pretty tidy, but also laid back. I love to travel ( I’m currently planning a trip to Central America) and when I’m not travelling you’ll find me on runs along the canal or with friends at the pub.

There may be some flexibility with the move in date as my current flatmate is likely to be vacating her room before the end of our tenancy.
