A 2 bedroom shared apartment is available in Landrow Place, Jewellery Quarter. I have lived here for 18 months and my flate mate will be moving on in September.

The Property
The property has a 24/7 concierge, 2 roof terraces, 24/7 Gym and co working spaces - all included with your rental payment. I have also included bills into this figure such as Council Tax, Insurance and Wifi

The house meets all current regulatory requirements. Shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen, a furnished living room, and storage. There are two bathrooms, one per occupant.

The Room
The room itself is a spacious Double, with a King Size bed and an En suite Bathroom. It comes furnished with a bed and mattress, a large wardrobe, two bedside tables. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a bath, and a heated towel rail. My bathroom is separate.

Location
A few minutes' walk from St Paul's Square, with a good mix of independent coffee shops, pubs, and restaurants nearby. St Paul's tram stop gives access to the city centre and beyond, and it's roughly a 15-minute walk to Birmingham's main train stations.
