Hey, me (Kelan) and flat mate (Sadik) are looking for a 3rd flat mate. We have begun viewings and have picked out a nice looking flat in the centre of Birmgham close to the Jewlery quarter.
We are looking for a professional, social, clean and respectful flat mate. We are looking to move into the property on the 24th of August.
Rent is £600 a month
Bills are roughly looking to be ~£200 a month per person
Total monthly spend per person including bills will be ~£800 a month.
We need to put a holding deposit down of £138.46pp
We also need to pay a deposit of £692.31pp
