Double room available in modern 2-bed flat in Jewellery Quarter. Located just off St Pauls Square so easy access to both Jewellery Quarter and Birmingham centre. Flat is a modern build with spacious kitchen and living area and lots of natural light.
Will be sharing with existing tenant (M26) and his cat. Tenant is sociable and tidy and works 9-5. Cat is friendly and well trained, spending most of the time in her owner's room. There are a few rules as a result of this (e. g close door if burning incense) but minimal and can be discussed in detail if needed.
Ideally looking for someone to take over my tenancy around start of October, but can be flexible.
