Room available in friendly flatshare

I am looking for a clean and tidy professional (women preferred) as my current flatmate is sadly moving out. ☹️

The space: Room in a bright and spacious flat available from 1 September. The sun is in the flat from 12 onwards, and it’s a nice mood booster. 🌞 If you work from home, the room available comfortably fits a desk. I have my own bathroom (ensuite) so you get your own space, though it’s not ensuite. The flat also comes with a dishwasher and a washing machine/dryer.

A bit about me: I’m American, I am easy going, tidy, and I work 9-5. 🙂 I like cooking and trying out new hobbies (right now, I’m on an improv comedy kick), so there is no pressure to socialise. Chill vibes only. 🌻

The apartment is located in a secure building with 24/7 reception and gym (open 24/7) and it is a great location:

5 minute walk to Tesco superstore.
10 minute walk to Tesco express.
10 minute walk to train station/metro 🚂
15 minute walk to city centre 🌆
Gorgeous sunsets (when the sky is clear) ☁️
Off street parking available, or an additional fee at the car park.

Bills are split 50/50 and are not included in the rent, and they come at about £221 per person a month.

P. s I have kept the curtains closed in the photos for security reasons, the apartment is not ground floor or first floor.
