Hi! I’m looking for a female flatmate to share my lovely 2-bedroom flat in the Jewellery Quarter.

The room is a medium-sized, semi-furnished double room and comes with a double bed. The flat is on the top floor, with a bright living room that gets lots of natural light. There’s one shared bathroom, a kitchen and a shared living room.

The flat is in a really convenient location, close to the Clock Tower in the Jewellery Quarter. It’s around a 15-minute walk into Birmingham city centre and about 10 minutes to Jewellery Quarter train/tram station. Tesco Express, local pubs, bars and restaurants are all within about a 5-minute walk.

There is currently just one person living in the flat, along with one very friendly dog 🐶, so you’ll have plenty of space and it’s not overcrowded.

I’m pretty relaxed when it comes to who I’m looking for, and I’m happy with either a professional or student. I’m just looking for someone respectful, clean and easy-going. We can both do our share of the cleaning and keep the flat nice.

No smoking, and small gatherings are fine. Working from home is also completely fine.

No couples, and the room is female only.
