I'm leaving the area because I'm buying a house so I'm looking for someone to replace me.

There are 2 other people in the property, both are working professionals. We sometimes go out as a flat for drinks/food, but no obligation to join in if you don't want to.

The bed is a king size. I moved it to one side of the room and I have a large desk, so it is suitable for home workers.

5 minute walk to Jewellery Quarter station/tram stop, 15-20 minute walk to New Street Station, various restaurants, pubs etc within walking distance. 6 minute walk to a large Tesco, and 2 minute walk to a Tesco Express

The house is a listed town house with a basement

Each floor has 1 bedroom + en suite in it, so noise from the other housemates is very limited. You can shout in your room and no one will hear you because of how the house is built!

The properties either side are empty so no neighbour noise either. The large window is facing the car park so there is no street noise also.

The room you will be in is on the top floor.

There are 2 lounges, a shared toilet on the bottom floor, but since all rooms have a en suite it is rarely used, and a basement which you can use to store things if needed, and a fully equipped very large kitchen.

Kitchen includes washer machine, dryer, dishwasher, double oven, induction hob, large fridge freezer.

Parking is free in a off street gated secure compound with fob access only. My car insurance is £250 a year fully comp at 27 yrs old because of the secure compound :)

Total size of the property is approx 140sqm.
