One Ensuite Room and one other double room are available to rent. They have access to their own bathrooms. They are unfurnished, this is due to hygiene and maintenance reasons.

For Muslim Females or couples OR if you don't consume pork and alcohol then you can still enquire.

The kitchen is a compact and it's shared. However has the essential facilities.

open to students with full academic year rent required to be paid.

All bills are included however additional winter contributions to gas and electricity £30 per room. This is the case for 4 winter months November, December, January, February only.

The house is in quiet residential area, has childrens play area. Nearest train station is Coventry Arena and accessible to Coventry Arena shopping park. Close to Foleshill too.

Currently it's a liveout landlord but occasionally will be coming to stay in due to work commitments. This will be communicated to the relevant tenants. There is strict rule for no alcohol or pork on premises because the owner of the house is strictly practising Muslim.
