I am looking for someone to occupy a large en-suite double bedroom on the second floor of my smart and modern, house in Warstock.
The bedroom is the only room on the second floor and with the en-suite, offers complete privacy. The bedroom has beautiful canal views and has been recently fully renovated.
My house is conveniently situated about 15 minutes walk from Yardley Wood train station, with regular trains to Birmingham city centre. There are also buses and shops within short walking distance. Kings Heath and Shirley/Solihull are about 2 miles away.
I am a working professional with a busy schedule and travel often outside Birmingham.
