The room has been recently redecorated and is very large (25sqm in total), it has three velux windows so there is plenty of light coming in. All windows have black out blinds.

The house itself is characterful and has original features throughout, the sitting room and dining room are good sizes and you’ll have plenty of room in the kitchen.

Important to note that there is a lovely Jack Russell Pearson’s living at the property so best not to enquire if you couldn’t live with a dog.

Avenue rd itself is a great location, kingsheath and Highbury park are a stones throw away and there are fantastic transport links for getting around.

You’d be living with my Mum, she is a teacher and very easy to get along with, she’s more than happy to have a chat but will of course be respectful of your space.
