Very central Kings Heath Room

Looking for a flatmate in central Kings Heath

We have one room available in a 4-bed flat in Kings Heath from the beginning of June. We have lived here since October 2023 between us and one of our current flatmates has bought a house.

Between us we have a range of hobbies/interests - outdoorsy, music, crafts, pub quizzes, etc. We are looking for someone that we can be friends/do things with. We often watch tv in the evenings and go to the pub at the weekend.

The rent is £375 a month. Bills are paid separately and in total each month we're not expecting to pay more than £500 each all in for rent/bills. The flat does come unfurnished, so you would need to furnish your bedroom (although there are built in wardrobes with plenty of space), however we've already furnished the shared spaces. The deposit is £375.

The Kings Heath station is less than a 10 min walk and the 50 and 35 bus routes stop right around the corner. We're super close to all of the shops and businesses that Kings Heath has to offer! There's also plenty of parking around the back.
