Sunny double room available in a lovely 70s style house in Birmingham. The house is situated on a beautiful, sleepy cul-de-sac with on street parking (there is also a driveway available if needed)

I’m a 29 year old professional with two cats, looking for a housemate as my partner is working abroad. I enjoy pottery, reading, gaming and socialising and can often be found on York Road or in one of the charity shops :-) my cats are called Kipper and Minnow, they love a stroke (Minnow even loves a belly rub) and are real lap cats.

The house has a shared living space with access to a bright and sunny garden. The room you would be renting is also very bright, with a built in wardrobe. There is currently a desk and a chest of drawers in place which can be moved if you’d prefer! There is a shared bathroom and airing cupboard - plenty of space for your bits and bobs.

There is also a potential office/wardrobe/ whatever-you’d-like it-to-be space in the box room if you’d like to pay an additional £100 a month for this room.
