Room to rent in cosy house in Kings Heath

I have a double room available from July 2026-July 2027 in my calm, quiet and cosy house, tucked away down a little path just off the high street in Kings heath.

You're of course welcome to use anything in the house. There is a small garden at the front which is lovely when the sun is out, and friendly neighbours. I love living here and being close to Hare and Hounds and York Road.

Most of the time you'll have the house to yourself - I will be travelling mid July until mid August and then, from October, I will be mostly based in Munich for a research fellowship. I will only come back every now and then.

I'm hoping for someone fun, nice to chat to and who shares a love of anything creative, cooking and is interested in politics and community. A PhD student or researcher looking for somewhere calm to come back to and work from would be ideal, but I'm open. Pets are welcome - especially dogs! But bear in mind the house is quite small - so for a large dog may need to add a bit extra.
