Room for lodging in Kings Heath

Hello! I am a live in landlord (with a dog) and I have a spare room available for a lodger.

The room has great storage capacity with a double built in wardrobe and dressing table. The bed can be used as a single or a double.

As a lodger, you’ll be welcome to use the dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The living room is where I hang out.

The house has good transport links- lots of busses and is near 2 train stations. It’s also nearby two parks and the local high street.

I’m afraid there is a strict no working from home rule as well as a no guest rule. I work from home and study in the evenings/ weekends so a quiet and predictable environment is important. You’ll need to be fine with this.

Short term lets are considered.
