The room comes fully furnished with everything you need, including a comfortable double bed with a brand-new mattress and mattress protector, floor-to-ceiling fitted wardrobes with double hanging rails, built-in shelving, under-bed storage space, a full-length mirror, and an IKEA KALLAX storage unit. There's also space for a desk, which can be provided on request if needed.
You'll have shared use of the kitchen, recently renovated bathroom, living room, dining room, and garden, as well as your own dedicated storage space in both the kitchen and bathroom.
The house has fast broadband throughout, a private garden with patio furniture that's ideal for relaxing in the warmer months, and free on-street parking.
There is also a regular cleaner of the common spaces and all bills (TV licence, broadband, council tax, electricity, gas and water) are included.
