I am a working professional who is extremely busy, so it would suit someone who also has a busy lifestyle perhaps with a car.

Buses go in to town: 50,35
Drive: 11 minutes in to town.
Also close to motorway routes
Walking distance in to Moseley and Stirchley.

1 x smaller double = £700 rolling month contract
1 x Super King bedroom = £650 rolling month contract

If things go well I'll issue 6 month contracts and can reduce the price or you find replacement.

Both rooms recently re-designed, hence the mark up to cover my costs and rising fuel costs and shorter stays are priced higher as neither are tied in to a contract beyond one month, extensions for longer periods can be priced more competitively.
