I am a working professional,, so it would suit someone who also has a busy lifestyle perhaps with a car but equally wants a space to call home.

Buses go in to town: 50,35
Drive: 11 minutes in to town.
Also close to motorway routes
Walking distance in to Moseley and Stirchley.

1 x smaller double = £650 rolling month contract
1 x Super King bedroom = £750 rolling month contract

If things go well I'll issue 6 month contracts and can negotiate rents for longer stays :).
