I am ideally looking for a fellow working professional who can clean up after themselves, that's about it!
I hold an engineering degree but I recently left to pursue a freelance career in music so I’m either quietly tucked away in my studio or on the road performing meaning you’ll have the house to yourself on occasion.

The property is fully furnished and comes with kitchen appliances too including a coffee machine, Ninja air fryer, washing machine and dishwasher.
