Two rooms available , one single and one double , both with a shared bathroom and a seperate shared toilet in a peaceful and spacious house in a desirable location very near to bus stop , train station , local shops and petrol bunk , & 2.4 miles aware from Birmingham airport , fully furnished and all bills - water , gas , electricity , council tax and Wifi included , but no personal room heaters . There are large front and back gardens and a grape garden which the lodgers can enjoy and these gardens are maintained by the landlady
