The 400 room has plenty of natural light and is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe and table.

If you don't have a car or a bike, then the local bus services are the 1, 50 and 35, which go all over Birmingham. The longest you'd have to walk to get a bus would be about 5 minutes.

the co-op is about 100 ft away, but within a mile radius, there is an Aldi, Lidl, 5 or more pubs, Sainsbury's and a lot of restaurants/cafe.

I generally take care of the maintenance and cleaning of the household, though I will be hiring help on certain aspects as it can be quite a big job.

My siblings and parents sometimes visit the house so you may see them sometimes, but most of the year the house will only be those that live in the house.
