Room in home near Moseley Village

ONE DOUBLE ROOM LODGING AVAILABLE IN HOUSE SHARE IN MOSELEY
We have a room in a house available in Moseley, two women occupants.

Lodging rate includes rent and bills and is £550pcm
Can do viewings/meet ups on 16th August - please specify if you can do this or we can make alternative arrangements

The house is situated a less than 5 minute walk from the Moseley Train Station and couple minutes to Woodbridge road.

There are two reception rooms - one as a living room and another a therapeutic space, a kitchen, downstairs toilet, utility room with washing machine. A large garden to the rear.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, a separate WC and a bathroom.

Probably not suitable for super sound sensitive, quiet types; we are considerate with noise and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere but we enjoy making and playing music out loud in the house from time to time!
