Situated on the top floor of a beautiful Edwardian house this double aspect studio room is private and quiet. The room is large with a king-size bed. and en-suite bathroom. There is a well equipped kitchenette with fridge freezer, microwave and electric hob. The room has a walk in wardrobe, fast wi-fi and access to a ground floor washing machine.

Wi-fi, Council Tax, Water and Gas/Electric are included in the monthly rent.

The house is situated on the Number 50 bus route which goes directly into central Birmingham/ Aston University. It is a 10 minute walk to the Number 1 and 35 bus routes. The university and Selly Oak hospital are a 10 minute drive / 15 minute cycle ride away. On road parking is available in the quiet cul-de-sac at the back of the house.

The house does have very friendly resident cats and dogs.

Please note this accommodation is for a single occupancy. A double occupancy would be considered for £850 per calender month. You are welcome to work from home but please bear in mind the loft is not serviced as an office would be. The tenancy contract is for no fixed perid but one months notice is required to end the tenancy.
