The house!

--- LOCATION---
This beautiful 5 bedroom semi-detached Victorian house is located on a quiet and safe road, ideally located between Moseley village (10min walk) and Kings Heath High Street (20min walk).

---THE HOUSEMATES---
We’re a queer friendly, easy going group of four in our mid 20s - early 30s looking to welcome new members after one of fam moved back home.

We are friendly and sociable, and like to do things together where possible. If you are new to Birmingham then we can help you get to grips with this rapidly changing city, and if you're an old pro then we always welcome new insights.

This is by no means a big party house but that doesn't mean we don't like to go for a cheeky pint every now and then. We do like to eat together when possible, watch films and play games. Dinner parties are actively encouraged... bonus points if you are a budding chef.

We're always up for BBQs and fires in the lovely garden and being sociable at the end of the day. We're generally clean and tidy, always respectful of each other's space, and expect the same from anyone moving in! If that sounds like your kind of thing, then please get in touch.

---ROOMS TO LET---
There is one first floor double room ready to let now for £600/month including bills. There is also a loft room that should be available in a few months (currently being refurbished):

- First floor, double room (4m x 3.3m) with two UPVC double glazed windows overlooking the garden, gas central heating radiator, sloping ceiling line with exposed beam, cast iron fireplace and mantel. Comes with double bed, side table, wardrobe, wing back chair and desk.

---THE BEAUTIFUL HOUSE---
In the rest of the house, there is a dedicated lounge, a separate dining/breakfast room and a large kitchen (all pictured). There is a large bathroom on the first floor and separate toilet/shower room on the ground. There is also a small guest room on the second floor for friends when they stay over.

To the rear is a massive garden and patio area for entertaining/running around/playing games, and you can be sure there will be a few BBQs in the sunshine (if it holds)... if you are a keen gardener then you're onto a winner!

---THE SMALL PRINT---
Initial deposit of £600 will be required and held against damages and unpaid rent. Minimum term 6 months (though should things not work out for whatever reason we will try and be flexible). There are no agency or contract fees to pay. Parking on the drive or road outside the house will not be a problem as Merton Road is quiet, and it is unrestricted so no worries about parking fines. Council tax band is D but is included in rent.

Initial interviews will be done by phone/video call. If we all get on then we will arrange a tour of the house at a suitable time.
