We have a nice room available soon in a friendly large old house with character on the quiet side of Moseley, 5 minutes walk from the popular village centre, and close to the railway station, all the cafes, shops, and bars, (12 minutes to the city centre by train).
The existing housemates are a friendly bunch of female and male working professional cat lovers.
The room is bright, fully furnished, with double bed, central heating and double glazed windows, and original timber flooring.
The house has a lounge, large kitchen/diner, bathroom/shower, separate WC, front garden & parking driveway, large peaceful mature rear garden & patio, plus a few chilled out house cats.
Facilities include central heating and all usual kitchen appliances, including washing machine and tumble dryer, plus 1-Gb super-fast broadband wi-fi. Standard house bills are an all-inclusive shared amount (incl council tax, gas, electric, water, TV licence, broadband) currently £196 each monthly.
