We are a friendly and respectful couple looking for a clean, tidy and responsible tenant to rent one of the rooms in our home.

The room is spacious and comes with its own private en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet), offering privacy and comfort.

The property is clean, quiet and well maintained. Shared access to the kitchen and other communal areas is included.

We are looking for someone who is respectful, and will keep the property clean.
