You’ll also have full and private use of your own bathroom, giving you a little more privacy than your typical house share.

The house is in a convenient Northfield location, around a 15-minute walk from Longbridge train station, with easy access to both Longbridge and Northfield by car. Birmingham city centre is around 30 minutes away, making it a great option for commuting, studying or working in the city.

We’re looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful professional or student who would enjoy living in a calm, comfortable household. It’s a sociable and welcoming home, while still giving everyone plenty of their own space and privacy.

All bills are included, so there’s no need to worry about splitting utilities or unexpected monthly costs.

There is currently one friendly dog living at the house, so ideally you’ll be comfortable around dogs.
