Are you a Professional person working away from home during the week wanting a bit of private space and not really keen to stay in hotels or house shares? We are looking for a lodger to independently occupy our ground floor, self contained, fully furnished annexe. With own private entrance, the accommodation comprises double bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, lounge/dining room with small TV. Microwave, Halogen Oven, crocks and utensils in the kitchen. Linen and towels provided. Safe off road parking on adjacent gated driveway. Broadband and other utilities included. The property is on the main A435, situated close to J3/M42 easy access to motorway network, NEC etc and a short drive to stations that service Birmingham, Stratford and Redditch. Pub and restaurant in walking distance. Main shops, supermarkets, gym etc five minute drive. We are ideally looking for our lodger to be a business person who is courteous and respectful and would like to use the facilities during the working week i. e. Mon - Fri or similar but we can also be flexible for occasional weekend use. We are asking £125.00 per week on this basis and looking for a short term let (approx. 6 weeks or less). The rental includes a weekly housekeeping service and change of linen. We are also open to considering a full week tenant but this would naturally incur a higher rental. Please be aware that we seek one tenant only, we do not want couples.
