Hello, I have few spare rooms in the very quiet house.

The each room comes with a double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, set of draws
House benefit with a nice and big kitchen with separate fridge
Super fast 1GB fibre broadband
Nice neighbourhood with great shops
Good bus connection in 3 minutes walk and train connection in 20 minutes.
Street with a lot of parking space and drive way.

The house is usually quiet, I don't have parties and looking for someone who is easy going, clean and friendly working professional or mature student.
House is an absolutely no smoke inside. however there is an area outside

550£ for 1st room is large double bedroom on the ground floor
500£ for 2nd room is large double bedroom on second floor
450£ for 3rd room is smaller double bedroom on second floor

Pets are welcome for an extra fee of 50£pcm for cats and 100£pcm for a dogs ( however i cannot take dangerous breeds due to safety of other tenants)

All bills included.
