Downstairs bathroom has whirlpool bath, shower, sink, toilet. Washing machine and tumble dryer in porch.
Upstairs wet room has shower, sink & toilet.
Large garden with terrace for bicycle storage.
Nice area of Quinton with Woodgate Valley country park 10 minutes walk away. Co-op, newsagents, bakers, chip shop 5 mins walk down road.
Bus stop outside the house for buses to city centre/Harborne or Birmingham University/Queen Elizabeth Hospital or 15 mins cycle/35 mins walk to Uni/Hospital.
Sharing with sociable homeowners. Would suit either a professional or a mature/postgrad student. Non-smokers only.
