House has been newly renovated everything is Brand new.
I'm a live in landlord, 33, laid back, work full time part office part at home. I go the gym after work and usually doing something on the weekend.
I have rented rooms from people previously when I was saving for my own house so understand living with others and have done it for many years previous.
Looking for someone clean and tidy.
Sociable but also have own space.
Parking is available outside the property and also a driveway
Northfield station approx 2 miles away.
Longbridge station 1.5 miles approx.
Short walk to Rubery high street and well connected bus routes to QE hospital and into city centre also.

I do have a puppy so ideally someone who gets on with dogs :)
