Comfortable and recently furnished single room (double bed and wardrobe) in large 4bed 2 bath, very tidy family home. High speed broadband (wifi pod next to bedroom door), and all bills included, even meals as well if you enjoy Caribbean food! Will have bedroom tv mounted by move-in date once agreed.

Occupants: Single mom working full time, 2 kids (high school) looking for an easy-going tenant (professional, student, on benefits, doesn't matter as long as you are of good character).

Room & board FREE for someone willing to provide regular evening/night supervision for 2 very chilled/easy-going kids a few nights a week (terms to be discussed, possibility 8 nights per month and option to earn money for additional nights covered).
