Lovely double room in family house

I will have one lovely double room in my house in Selly Oak from 28th June 2026.
The room has an iron, an ironing board, a wardrobe, a table, cutlery, plates, a mattress, bedsheets, pillows, a duvet, a small fridge, microvawe and bookshelves. In the house we share a kitchen, a garden and a bathroom.

Our house is located on a very quiet street. 13 minutes walk to bus stops or 4 minutes to bus X21, which will take you to the city centre. 20 minutes walk to Selly Oak train station and Queen Elizabeth Hospital. 25 minutes walk to University of Birmingham.
Within walking distance, we have a lovely Selly Oak Park, large Sainsburys , Food Warehouse, and Retail Park with different essential shops.
