A very Large and spacious double in -a great four bedroom house.

All rooms will be available for the next academic year (including ensuite)

We are looking for a friendly Twenty-something female postgrads (older undergrad) that would like to live sociably with three other female postgrads in a friendly house share.

The house is very suitable for female postgrads or older/Erasmus undergraduate students that do not want to live in a typical selly oak student house. The house is a larger style but hasn’t been converted so you will be sharing with just three other housemates, in larger more spacious rooms, with more comfortable Lounge and Less “crowded” kitchen!

The house is in a great location very close to the university and shops, cafes, Bars and restaurants on the Bristol road. It has the benefit of excellent transport links (Train and Bus).

The house is nicely decorated and is fully furnished to a good standard (Ikea furniture). There is a large lounge With comfortable sitting area and a dinning space too. The kitchen has recently been fitted and is fully equipped with modern appliances.

There is a nice garden, a sunny garden that is well maintained by us, with secure cycle storage.
