One Large Bedroom Available in 5 Bed Student House

I have already moved out of this room and am looking for a replacement for immediate move in :)

The room itself is quite large with high ceilings, with a 3/4 bed, desk, bedside drawer and wardrobe. It also has a sink area which is pretty handy!
It is positioned at the back of the house, overlooking the garden so feels very safe, especially as the location is beyond Selly Oak Sainsbury's, away from most of the crime in the area.

The house itself has a large bathroom (bath/shower, toilet, sink), a separate shower room and separate toilet. There is a nice lounge with lots of sofas, perfect for socialising, and the kitchen is reasonably sized with a washing machine and dryer.

Other tenants in the house are 3 lovely boys and one girl, all second years studying at the University of Birmingham, who tend to keep to themselves.
The ideal tenant is just someone who is respectful of noise and can keep clean!
