On the Pershore Road in Selly Park B29 7NJ with good transport links and a short walk from University of Birmingham.
Rent will be £550 per month per person which includes all bills for each of the 4 bedrooms in the house.
Best Virgin WiFi package, Octopus Gas and Electric and Severn Trent Water bills included in the £550 rent.
Meeting with the other housemates possible by arrangement and many more photos available on WhatsApp of each bedroom and rest of the house once initial contact is made.
