student accommodation by the University of Birmingham. NEED to be a POSTgraduate student to be able to take the rent. I have the contract signed from 16/Sep/2023 until 31/Aug/2024 (The whole academic year). Normally school will let you move in a week before starting date for FREE.
All the bills included and 5 min walk to school. All the transfer and process will need to go through school's accommodation portal so please ensure you have a currently active uni account. Payment will be paid directly to school and can be paid by month w/o additional fees. Resident fee in total is 8,687.00 a year.
Transfer fee is 50 quid which we can split.
