Kitchen/living area is behind a front garden. Free on-street parking right in front of the house. If that's take, you can park for free elsewhere on the street.

Super fast Fibre Broadband available, and you can work on the table in the living area next to the large bay window overlooking the front garden, or upstairs in your bedroom where there are another desk and a chair.

You may buy your groceries from the supermarket close to the house, prepare your own meals, and store them in the refrigerator as long as you keep the kitchen in a clean and tidy condition.

It is for 1 person (student or professional). To ensure a quiet and comfortable atmosphere in the house, no guests, visitors, smoking, loud music/calls etc., are allowed.

There is security camera outside the house, as well as smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.
