Looking for 2 students to fill house in Selly Oak

Hey everyone, my name is Ryan and I'm a third year MEng Electronic and Electrical Engineering student at UoB.

With all but one of my current housemates being due to graduate this year, me and my remaining housemate Fahd have been on the search for 5 new people. So far, we have found 3, and so I am posting here to find the final 2.

This is a 7 bedroom house with 2 main bathrooms alongside an additional toilet. You can look at the pictures to get a general vibe of the place. We have a shopping center nearby including a large Sainsburys, and a bus stop straight down the road. We're around a 20 minute walk away from University of Birmingham South Gate, so this is a great place if you're studying at UoB.

With the roster changing so much it will be difficult to say what to expect people-wise next year. On the plus side, since most of us won't yet know each other very well, you won't need to worry about working your way into an established friend group. I've made an effort to seek out people similar to who's here this year i. e. queer and/or nerdy types, though others are certianly also welcome. You can expect the house to be a generally quiet and chill place, but we do still plan to host regular house events of some form that will be determined.

To clarify the LGBT preferred on the ad, LGBT housemates are preferred because housemates here have been predominantly queer, but non-queer housemates are still welcome here.

As this house is a full-time student-only household, it is council tax exempt.
