Beautiful double bed ensuite room in a house in Selly oak for 26/27 academic year!
The house is on Tiverton road and within walking distance to UOB, Aldi, the train station and main shops in Selly oak.
We are a group of 2 girls and 4 boys all very friendly, enjoy an occasional
night out and also nights in, we are open anyone of any gender. 😊
The house has a really nice large garden, beautiful kitchen and living area as well as a communal toilet in addition to all rooms being en suite!
A bills package including unlimited Gas, electricity, WiFi, water, contents insurance and TV license may be added on for £21 extra per week which would make the rent £150 per week with all the bills included.
