The property has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, but all the other tenants apart from one (on the top floor) won't have moved in yet so you will have the bottom floor bathroom all to yourself! The room is number 3, located on the middle floor. There is a spacious shared kitchen and a lovely living room space. A nice garden with furniture is also there for your use. I will cover all the bills costs, I am just looking for someone who needs a place for the summer to cover then very affordable rent costs!

The property features a spacious shared kitchen and lounge area, fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, American-style fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and microwave.
