Room available in Selly oak :)

Hiya we’re a friendly group looking for a 5th housemate as we had someone fall through last minute! The property is available from the 1st of July so we’re looking for someone to move in ASAP.

The house is bills included, lovely big open kitchen and living room, and you’d be sharing a bathroom with one other person- we’re all very clean and respectful so we’re looking for someone who can do the same.

The house is a 10 minute walk from several shops like Aldi, Sainsbury’s etc.
It’s also 10 minutes from the train station and bus stops into the centre, and opposite a convenience store.
